CHECKMATE
Helping users save at the right moment
Checkmate’s browser extension helps users save automatically by applying coupon codes while they shop. But the original experience was unclear and unreliable, which led to confusion, low redemption rates, and missed completed purchases. Users didn’t know when savings were available or if the extension was working at all.
We redesigned the extension to surface savings at the right moment based on user behavior and intent. The new experience rebuilt trust, improved clarity, and led to increases in checkouts, redemptions, and revenue.
