Establishing a new skincare brand in the US

While well-known internationally, the client needed help successfully launching in the US. Therefore, we designed a more transparent shopping experience that instilled confidence during purchasing, resulting in growth of returning customers and positive product reviews.

Incorporating insights

The client had limited information on their US consumer. To gain a greater understanding of the consumer, interviews were conducted and these insights helped construct the content strategy. We highlighted the brand story and technology benefits, while also building a personalized user experience.

Establishing trust and credibility

When arriving at the store, visitors are welcomed by recent awards and recognition the products have received.

Encourage users to leave testimonials

Word of mouth was essential for consumers to feel comfortable buying products from an unfamiliar brand.

Rewards program

Incentivized new users to become return customers. Highlighted how customers can earn points through different engagement activities.
